For over 3 decades our state of the art manufacturing facility has been commited to bringing innovative instruments from concept to market. The full service machine shop has 6 CNC machines, 5 manual machining centers, and a highly trained staff containing certified production workers that continually monitor the quality of the hand instruments being produced.
Our biggest advantage is the manufacturing of every component at the same facility. We do not outsource any handles, blank tips, etc. This enables us to maintain the highest level of quality control.
The production of these components are continually inspected by Certified Machinists to ensure A.Titan’s high standard of quality. All instruments are hand-formed to industry standards, according to individual product specifications. This process allows A.Titan to provide a long-lasting instruments with superior durabiliy.
After assembly, all instruments are required to pass a final-inspection for precision,accuracy, and esthetics. They are then cleaned and polished to a bright finish, followed by individual product lazering and packaging.
