This Blumenthal Bone Rongeur has a 90 degree angled beaks and is 5.5" in length. Made in Germany of 100% stainless steel, the Rongeur is used to cut bone this instrument should never be used to remove roots, as you will damage the instrument since roots are hard and bone is soft. Additionally, if a Rongeur is used to remove roots you can remove bone and tissue that should be kept in place.
