Job Description


Do you thrive in an organization that is constantly evolving and expanding?  If so A. Titan is adding key members to our outside sales team. We are looking for energetic self-motivated professionals to maintain a healthy sales pipeline by jumping at the opportunity to collaborate with distributor field reps, call directly on dental professionals, schools, and institutions.  This is an opportunity to help shape the company’s future by helping to expand our brand positioning and build a strategic partnership with dental professionals within your specified territory.  


Responsibilities and skills needed to successfully get the job done


  • Maintain and build healthy relationships with distribution partners through co-travels, sponsored events, and training sessions.

  • Attend local and regional study clubs and trade shows to cultivate sales and brand awareness.

  • Call directly on institutions and dental professionals.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with office staff, hygienists and doctors building trust and credibility, to help meet sales goals, maintain existing accounts and win new accounts.

  • Must possess strong prospecting/closing skills needed to grow existing territory and exceed territory sales objectives.

  • Proven record of building a book of business within a given territory.

  • Must have strong organizational and follow up skills

Titan has been recognized as an innovative leader in the dental community.  It’s our vision to enhance the quality of patient care by providing our distribution partners and dental professionals superior quality products and instrumentation on the cutting edge of dentistry.  Our team focuses on bringing products to market that encourage the promotion of aesthetic and cosmetic perfection.  We strive to provide continuing education support to universities throughout the country, working closely with key opinion leaders to develop innovative instrumentation, and maintaining high levels of customer relationship management.  We are looking to expand our sales team but need to find the right people that understand what it takes to excel as a field rep promoting our line through our dental distribution partners.  


What you’ll need to win

  • Strong organization and follow up skills

  • Leverage relationships with distribution partners to promote products.

  • Sound knowledge of dental instrumentation and sutures

  • Ability to self-motivate and reach sales goals without being micro managed.

  • Strong multi-tasking as well as problem solving skills.
